The three biggest, plus three outliers.
Among “Language cloak” carousels there are 1.6 times as many nutra ads as gambling ads. In October, 411,288 ads for nutra and 260,617 for gambling started running: 33.5% and 21.3% of all “Language cloak” carousels that month (1,226,159).
Shares are of all “Language cloak” carousels in the same week.
The largest nutra advertiser in October ran 2,334 ads, 0.6% of nutra; the three largest together ran 5,099, 1.2%.
Nutra leads every week: the gap is smallest on Oct 1–4 (16.5% vs 12.9%) and largest on Oct 19–25 (37.4% vs 20.3%).
The lead does not rest on a couple of big advertisers: without the three largest in nutra, its October share barely moves — 33.3% instead of 33.5%, and gambling is at 21.4% instead of 21.3%.
What follows: “Language cloak” carousels run noticeably more nutra than gambling, and the volume comes from many advertisers, not one or two big ones.

A typical nutra pre-lander stacks fake reviews (94.5% of ads), a fake TV segment (79.2%) and a scarcity timer (72.0%). The names that show up most are Oprah Winfrey, Elon Musk and Bill Gates; the borrowed look is TODAY Show and NBC News.

One ad runs in several countries, and each niche also runs outside these five, so row sums do not equal the niche total.
Nutra volume runs on relaunches: over ads with a recognized creative, each creative runs 27.3 times on average. All of nutra uses 12,275 creatives and 2,950 sites.

Built on Spytrend data for Oct 1–31, 2026: Meta ads that started running in that period.
The nutra vertical in Spytrend has 26 supplement subcategories. An ad is in the report when its link leads to a nutra offer: we open it past the cloak and assign a niche when repeated checks agree.
An ad is one Meta Ad Library record. A creative is a unique image or video. Countries and sites match the ads section.
We checked 40 random links in each of 7 niches by hand, 280 in all: the niche was wrong for 10 of them (3.6% of the sample), and none belonged to another vertical.
An automated visitor follows every ad's link: it opens the landing page that the cloak serves to a regular person from the right geo, and names the product from that page. That is how the report gets product names and niches even where the ad itself leads to an intermediate redirect. Meta Ad Library shows the ad, but not the landing page behind it.
Monthly. Each issue has its own URL; the permanent page shows the latest.
Why editions start in October 2026: carousels since September 3, mass landing checks since September 30, niche classification since October 9, ads-filter niches since October 14, 2026.
Spytrend data for October 1–31, 2026 puts weight loss (25.2%), prostate (19.2%) and lungs and COPD (16.0%) at the top of nutra advertising on Meta. In October 411,288 ads for nutra offers started running; the report's table lists all 26 niches.
There is no other vertical in the sample: classification splits nutra into 26 subcategories, and pages with no named product get their own row, 0.3%. In a manual check of 280 links, none turned out to be another vertical.
Nutra. Among “Language cloak” carousels it has 1.6 times as many ads as gambling: 411,288 ads in October (33.5% of all such carousels) vs 260,617 (21.3%). Nutra leads every week, and the lead holds even without its three largest advertisers. More in the “Nutra or gambling” section.
Partly. An ad is one Meta Ad Library record, and advertisers launch one creative many times: over ads with a recognized creative, 27.3 ads per creative on average and 190 in lungs. Format shows it too: video runs in 89% of ads but only 60.2% of unique creatives.
No. Celebrities and brands are named because they appear on pre-landers; that is not participation in the ads. Advertisers use their names and image. The report only counts how often a name shows up on pages: Oprah Winfrey (101,079 ads) and Elon Musk (88,893 ads) top the list.
