01 — Ranking
Which network is most often behind nutra ads?
Three networks hold 197,055 ads, or 91.4% of named-network ads: BuyGoods with 146,050 ads (67.8%), Wedebeek with 44,815 (20.8%) and Vantage Affiliates with 6,190 (2.9%). This affiliate networks list ranks CPA networks and brand programs by ad volume, not quality.
The top nine have 211,444 ads (98.1%), the 20 networks with 100+ ads have 214,795 (99.7%), and the other 27 together have 753 ads (0.3%).
Where this comes from: the landing page behind the cloaker and the path to the network
Meta Ad Library shows the ad but not where the link goes or through whom. An affiliate network’s dashboard shows only its own traffic. So there is one way to build this ranking: follow the ad links yourself.
An automated visitor follows the link of each ad in the sample, which gives us the landing page behind the cloaker, the product name and the redirect steps. In October ads, the network showed directly on the link path for 148,325 ads (87 products), came from the brand’s affiliate program for 68,852 (262 products), and 1 product was confirmed by hand. In total, 350 of 889 products and 217,279 ads have a named network; 158,153 ads showed no network on the path at all.
We follow every link more than once, so the tables contain disagreements between the link-path method and brand analysis — they are shown separately, not hidden. We checked the labeling by hand: 280 links, 10 niche errors, or 3.6%, and none turned out to be another vertical.

Why does BuyGoods have 67.8% and not 100%?
The percentage is taken from the 215,548 ads with a concrete network. Another 1,731 ads have a brand program we are still naming, 158,153 have no network and 35,856 have no product name. Their network is not visible, so they are not in the denominator: 67.8% is the percentage among ads where the answer is known, while of all nutra ads BuyGoods holds 35.5%. Almost all of its volume rests on two products: AlkaMelt and Breathizen together have 135,936 ads, or 93.1% of the network’s ads.
Ranks 2–10: Wedebeek, Vantage Affiliates, Dr.Cash and more
Wedebeek has 44,815 ads on 3 products, Vantage Affiliates has 6,190 on 2 products. Dr.Cash has 5,671 ads but the most products of any network: 77. Next come MyLead (2,693), Webvork (1,859), Shakes.pro (1,857), M1-Shop (1,157), AdCombo (1,152), InfluenciCo (674).
BuyGoods is left out to keep the other bars visible.

02 — Networks and products
Which products appear with each large network?
9 networks have more than 1,000 ads. The largest rely on one or two products: for BuyGoods, AlkaMelt and Breathizen make up 93.1% of its ads; Wedebeek is built on HemaBalance (28,882). Dr.Cash and MyLead gain volume through many smaller products: 77 and 36.
Each network’s full product list is in the table of all products: type the network name into the search.
03 — Methods
Why do the two methods give different answers?
The link path and brand analysis both found a network for 42 products (43,015 ads). They agreed on 10 products (879 ads) and disagreed on 32 products (42,136 ads). A direct sign on the link path decides at once, an indirect one if it appears in at least 10% of the product’s ads; otherwise brand analysis decides.
Only the link path found a network for 50 products (106,235 ads); only brand analysis found one for 259 products (68,174 ads). Together they make up the ranking above.
The biggest disagreement is Breathizen with 37,171 ads: BuyGoods shows on the link path of 37,136 ads, while brand analysis points to the brand’s own program. The ranking lists the product under BuyGoods. ArtiZynt (483): the path shows M1-Shop (23) and NutraLeads (9), brand analysis says Dr.Cash; under the dominant-network rule the product goes to M1-Shop. Libidex (52): the path shows Amazon Associates (21), brand analysis says MyLead.
When the sign on the path is indirect and appears in under 10% of a product’s ads, brand analysis decides: GlucoZen (471) goes to Dr.Cash even though M1-Shop appears on the path of 3 ads. The table lists every disagreement: what each method said and what went into the ranking.

Follow the live feed
New ads of the network show up in the feed as they launch.
Method
How do we count?
The network is set per product, and all of the product’s ads count toward it. We use the same 411,288 nutra ads in Meta carousels whose offer was recognized from the link, Oct 1–31, 2026, as the Nutra ads on Meta report.
Rules
A direct sign on the ad link path — the network domain on a redirect step, an order form posting to the network, or a network ID in the URL — sets the network. An indirect sign — a folder named after the network, its script on the landing page, a legal entity in the footer — counts only if it appears in at least 10% of the product’s ads. Otherwise brand analysis decides: an automated search for the brand’s affiliate program and the network it sells through. Two networks on the path: the product goes to the one with more ads, as with ArtiZynt → M1-Shop, Uroxel → RocketProfit and Diaten → Everad. Artinormee → Dr.Cash comes from partner data. An automated visitor follows the links: the cloaker serves it the same landing page as a person from the target geo, so the product and the path to the network show even where a normal click ends at a redirect.

The sum matches: 148,325 + 68,852 + 102 + 158,153 + 35,856 = 411,288 October nutra ads.
The network shows on the ad link path or comes from brand analysis: this is ad data, not a statement by the network or the advertiser.
We do not name or rate offers.
A product is the offer name in the ad link. Similar names of one brand — HemaBalance and HemaBalance Blood Optimizer, Hemavex and Hemavex Nutrition — count as separate products, as the links name them.
Mielle Organics (a hair oil, 451 ads) is labelled in the «hair» subcategory and トーチラック (1 ad) in «diabetes, blood sugar»: both subcategories are in the nutra report too.
The niche is the same labeling as in the Nutra ads on Meta report: in a manual check of 280 links in October, 10 were wrong, or 3.6%, and none turned out to be another vertical.
Product names come from probing ad links; this is not product advertising or medical advice.
Choosing a network
How to choose a nutra affiliate network: 4 questions
The ranking shows where ads already run. The rest is what to ask a network before your first launch.
01
Does the network appear in ads in your niche?
Check the products listed under the network in the table and their ads in the feed: ad volume signals that the funnels are active.
02
How many products carry the volume?
Two products make up 93.1% of BuyGoods ads, while Dr.Cash spreads its volume over 77 products. One hit and a wide catalog carry different risks.
03
Does the network show on the link path?
If the network domain sits on a redirect step, tracking runs through it, and the ads show how publishers build the path.
04
How does the network pay?
Payout, hold and approval rate are not visible in ads. Ask the network manager and compare terms for one offer at two networks.
Questions
FAQ on nutra affiliate networks
Which nutra affiliate network is the largest in Meta ads?
In October 2026, BuyGoods had the most Meta nutra ads: 146,050 ads, 67.8% of ads with a named network and 35.5% of all nutra ads. Next are Wedebeek with 44,815 (20.8%) and Vantage Affiliates with 6,190 (2.9%). The ranking lists 47 networks; it measures ad volume, not network quality.
Why is BuyGoods at 67.8% and not 100%?
The network is not visible for all ads: 158,153 ads have no network, 35,856 have no product name, and 1,731 have a brand program we have not named yet. The percentage is taken from the 215,548 ads with a concrete network, so 67.8% is the percentage among ads where the answer is known. The ranking lists 47 networks, and BuyGoods is the largest.
How does Spytrend identify the network?
An automated visitor follows the ad links. A direct sign — the network domain on a step, an order form or a network ID in the URL — sets the network. An indirect sign, such as a network script or footer entity, counts on 10% of a product’s ads. Otherwise we analyze the brand’s affiliate programs; one product comes from partner data.
How do you see the network if it is hidden behind a cloaker?
An automated visitor follows each ad’s link: it reaches the landing page behind the cloaker and sees the redirect steps. The network is identified by the domain on a step, an order form posting to the network or an ID in the URL; if the path shows nothing, by the brand’s affiliate program. Meta Ad Library does not show this path, so a cross-network ranking cannot be built from it.
Are these confirmed partnerships?
We show which network is behind a product’s ads: it shows on the ad link path or comes from brand analysis. This is ad data, not the contracts between networks and advertisers. We do not name or rate offers. Found an error for your product? Use the form below the product table.
Why is the network not visible for 38.5% of ads?
These are 158,153 ads for 539 products: no network on the link path, and brand analysis found no affiliate program. For 84 products (82,682 ads) we found the advertiser; 455 products (75,471 ads) have neither a network nor an advertiser. Another 35,856 ads have no product name.
Why do the two methods give different answers?
The link path sees the actual redirect step; brand analysis sees the programs a brand opens to partners. Both found a network for 42 products, and for 32 products (42,136 ads) the answers differ. The link path wins when the sign is direct or appears in 10% of the product’s ads; otherwise brand analysis decides.
Who is behind the ads with no affiliate network?
For 84 products with no network, we found the advertiser through the brand’s store and return address: Aqua Creative LLC (Vital Spark Labs), Unique Physique LLC (FitWell), Enhanced Wellness LLC (Hemavex), Nirvasa Healthcare (STAYMANLY) and Harmony Health + Lifestyle GmbH (HempHarmony). These are advertisers and makers, not affiliate networks.
What is the difference between a CPA network and an affiliate program?
A CPA network works with many advertisers: it gives publishers offers from different brands, tracking, and a payout per action such as a purchase or a lead. An affiliate program is a single brand’s own channel. The ranking includes both. CPL pays only for a lead; CPA is broader and covers any target action. See the four questions above for how to choose.
