- Strictly Necessary: essential for the Service to function, including authentication and security. These cannot be disabled.

10. YouTube API Services
10.1. Creators can verify ownership of their YouTube channel in the Spytrend creator cabinet by signing in with Google. This feature uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API). By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s processing of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
10.2. What we access. Only after you consent on Google’s screen, with read-only permissions (youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly), we read once:
- channel identifier, title, handle and thumbnail;
- subscriber, view and video counts;
- for the last 90 days: views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained and lost;
- viewer age and gender distribution and the top countries by views.
10.3. We never upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube on your behalf.
10.4. Why we use it. To confirm that you own the channel and to show the verified channel statistics in your creator cabinet, on your creator card and in deals with advertisers.
10.5. Who sees it. You, and advertisers using the Service — on your creator card and in deals with you. We show these statistics to advertisers only because you agree to it before connecting your channel. We do not use this data for creator search, filters or rankings, do not combine it with other creators’ data and do not sell it.
10.6. Storage. We do not keep access to your Google account: we do not store refresh tokens, and access is revoked right after the data is read. The verified data is stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically; to keep it on your card, verify the channel again.
10.7. Deletion. You can delete the verified data at any time with “Remove verification” in the creator cabinet or by removing the channel; it is also deleted when your Spytrend account is deleted. Deletion takes effect immediately and in any case within 7 days. Deleting it in Spytrend does not affect any data stored by YouTube; to delete data on YouTube, use YouTube itself.
10.8. Revoking access. In addition to the deletion options above, you can revoke Spytrend’s access to your Google account at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
10.9. Questions or complaints about how we handle this data can be sent to us through the contact channel available in the Service.
11. Children's Privacy
11.1. The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us through the contact channel available in the Service.
12. Changes to This Policy
12.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective as of the date indicated at the top of this page.
12.2. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by sending you an email.
12.3. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
