Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1.1. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of your initial payment, no questions asked.

1.2. This guarantee applies to your first access purchase only. Subsequent paid periods and repeat purchases are not eligible for the 14-day guarantee.

2. How to Request a Refund

2.1. To request a refund, contact us through the contact channel available in the Service with the email address associated with your account and a brief note that you would like a refund.

2.2. We will process your refund within ten (10) business days of receiving your request.

3. Refund Method

3.1. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. After the 14-Day Period

4.1. After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds may be granted at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• A documented material breach of service on our part (e.g., extended unavailability exceeding our service level commitment)
• A billing error resulting in duplicate or incorrect charges

4.2. Partial (pro-rata) refunds may be considered for unused portions of annual or multi-month subscriptions when a refund is granted under this section.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

5.1. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• The refund request is made after the 14-day guarantee period and does not fall under the exceptions in Section 4

6. One-Time Access

6.1. A one-time purchase grants access for the selected paid period. It does not create an automatic renewal mandate.

6.2. Access remains available until the end of the paid period. You can purchase access again when you need to continue.

7. Repeat Purchases

7.1. A later purchase is a separate payment for the access period shown at checkout. No automatic charge follows a one-time purchase.

8. EU Consumer Rights

8.1. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, as provided by the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 14-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds this requirement.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
