The OAuth flow is standard — your client already speaks it. No API key, no JSON to hand-edit.

Add the Spytrend MCP URL

Your client reads the OAuth manifest by itself. No client ID, no secret.

Authorize with your Spytrend account

Your client opens spytrend.com. You sign in, approve the scopes, and the 20 tools show up as Spytrend.

CLI clients (Claude Code, Codex): after adding the server, restart the client — a running session won't load it — then run /mcp to sign in.

What you authorize.

Read-only access. The connector can never change or delete anything in your account, and you can revoke it anytime from Settings → AI / MCP.

  • mcp:readSearch ads, advertisers, webmasters, creatives, hubs and trends; read your favorites and quota.
  • identityWho you are and your plan — so requests are billed to the right quota.
