To get Facebook ad alerts for a brand, enter its website and your email and tick the consent box. The card shows how many ads run for that website now. Once the watch is on, you get at most one email a day, sent only after the brand launches new ads.

One brand, one watch: the ads it runs now, then an email after it launches more.

## The live ad count now, and an email after each day with new ads

You get the brand’s live ad count as soon as you press Start watching, then an email after each day it launches new ads. A new creative is only useful while it is new, and without a watch the usual way to find a launch is to stumble on it two weeks late.

What comes out:

- **The live count, straight away.** The number of ads running for that website when you press the button, before any email. It tells you whether the brand is worth watching.
- **One email, only after a launch.** At most one a day, and only when the brand launched ads since the last email; most launches reach you the next morning (UTC). Each email counts the new ads and links a few of them.
- **An unsubscribe link in every alert.** Press Unsubscribe on the page the link opens and the watch ends. There is no account to close.

A new ad is one whose launch date falls after the last day we reported to you. The first email covers ads launched after your watch began, not the brand’s history, and after a quiet stretch one email can cover several days.

## Facebook ad alerts: three steps

1. **Enter the website**
Type the website the brand sends its ads to, such as nike.com; a full https:// address works too. One brand per watch.
2. **Add your email**
Enter your address and tick the consent box: an email when the brand launches new ads, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Then press Start watching.
3. **Check the card**
The card shows the live ad count and whether the watch is already on. If it asks you to check your inbox, press Confirm alerts in the email we sent, and the watch starts.

Every alert carries an unsubscribe link that needs no account, so anyone who gets an alert they did not ask for can end it from that email.

## Free version limits

Your first watch is free, with no account: all it needs is the email the alerts go to. Past the free watches, the form offers a free Spytrend account instead: it opens the brand’s ads in the full ad library, and paid plans add fresh ads and every filter.

One watch covers one brand and sends at most one email a day, only when that brand has launched something new.

## Catch a competitor’s launch early — read it while it is still a test

The brands worth watching launch in bursts: a new angle, five variations of it, a week of silence. Caught the next morning, a burst shows what they are testing; caught two weeks later, only what they settled on.

A media buyer watches the two or three advertisers whose angles they build on, and treats each alert as the cue to read the new creative while it is still an experiment.

A brand manager watches their own domain. Any page that sends ads to their website is counted in the same alert, and its ads are one click away: an affiliate, a regional page nobody signed off, a partner running their links.

An email tells you a brand moved, not whether five new ads are a new direction or a normal week. That takes the launch held up against everything the brand has run before.

## A brand’s new ads next to everything it has run before

This tool watches one brand.

Spytrend is an ad intelligence platform for Facebook and TikTok advertising: a full five-year archive of ads, AI-classified into 33 business categories, with every advertiser assembled into a single card — all ads, pages, domains and countries in one place. In Spytrend fresh ads arrive within minutes and land on the advertiser’s card next to everything it has run.

### Two jobs an email cannot do

- **Reading a launch against the brand’s history.** Open the brand in Spytrend and the new launch sits on top of everything before it. Sort by days running to see which earlier launches survived and which were dropped within a week.
- **Watching the market you have not named.** The competitor worth watching is often one you have not thought of yet. Filter by category, newest first, and the latest launches in your niche sit on one list, whoever ran them.

### What a new ad is attached to in Spytrend

- **Launch date and days running.** When the ad started and how long it has stayed up, so a week later you can tell whether this launch lasted.
- **Re-uploads.** How often the advertiser uploaded the same creative again as a new ad, which says more about what works for them than a fresh start date.
- **Countries.** Which markets the new ads run in: one country reads as a local test, a dozen as a rollout.
- **The advertiser, one level up.** The brand’s whole card, with an ad-spend estimate for the advertiser given as a range: enough to tell a brand that tests small from one funding a push.

### From one alert to the whole market, in three steps

1. **Open the brand’s ads, newest first.**
The ads the email told you about sit at the top, with their launch dates and countries.
2. **Sort by days running.**
Earlier launches line up by how long they lasted, so you see which ideas the brand kept paying for.
3. **See who else moved.**
Search a rival brand or its domain and see what it put up over the same days.

### Why the advertiser, not the alert

An alert says something started, and nothing about what came before or what was switched off. A decision needs both, with dates and countries attached.

### How to start

Search the brand you just started watching and read its ads newest first. ## FAQ

- **How do Facebook ad alerts work?**
You enter a brand’s website and your email and tick the consent box; if the card asks you to, confirm from the link we email. Once the watch is on, you get at most one email a day about that brand, sent only after it launches new ads.
- **What counts as a new ad?**
An ad whose launch date falls after the last day we reported to you, so the first email covers ads launched after your watch began, not the brand’s history. The number on the card is different: the ads running when you pressed the button.
- **When do the emails arrive?**
Only after a launch, and at most one a day: most launches reach you the next morning (UTC). Nothing new, no email; after a quiet stretch, the next email covers all the days since the last one.
- **How do I stop the emails?**
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert and press Unsubscribe on the page it opens. That ends the watch, and nothing further is sent. There is no account to close.
- **Are these Facebook ad alerts free?**
Yes, to start. Your first watch is free, with no account and no password: it needs only your email.
- **How many brands can I watch?**
Each brand is its own watch, and one email address can watch several brands. Past the free watches, the form offers a free Spytrend account instead, where the brand’s ads open in the full ad library.
- **What do you do with my email address?**
We use it to send the alerts you asked for; the Privacy Policy, linked next to the consent box, covers the rest. The exact sentence you ticked is stored as the record of what you agreed to.

## Hear about the launch. Then read it in context.

The email says a brand launched. Spytrend shows what it launched, how that compares with the rest of its ads, and who else in the category moved the same week.
